Zara Shirt Dress

Hi there, fashionista mamas. Those of you who have followed my fashion blog know that I am a big fan of Zara dresses. I love the femininity and freshness of Zara prints, and being able to experiment with current styles for a relatively affordable cost. With so many classic items in my wardrobe that I’ve worn again and again, I often crave newness. It’s fun to buy something from Zara, witness a big box arrive in my entryway, open it up and throw on the contents, and walk off into a new day. We all need newness in our lives and clothes are an easy fix in that way. Better than looking for a new husband — ha ha, just kidding, honey.
Here I am in a paisley print Zara that was fun to combine with my rose gold gladiator sandals, apricot unstructured bag, and purple sunglasses into a summer dress outfit. For the fall, I would match this with beige summer boots or ballet slippers and a cropped leather or jean jacket. These days you can throw almost anything on and move it across seasons.

At 5’9″, I’m pretty tall. This dress really does the trick for me. No tights needed even on colder days.
The dress comes with happy memories as I wore it to Hedley’s eight grade graduation with my lovely Mom and Dad in attendance.
