Hello fashionistas and welcome back to another CloudMom fashion post. Lately, I’ve been the victim of a Club Monaco obsession. I find their clothes fun, current, good quality and just whimsical enough to make dressing fun. Plus they’re great with returns in case you need to change a size!

I love putting together dress outfits. I paired this dress with some chocolate brown tights and light-tan booties that match a dress. After a long week with the kids, I was thrilled to be stepping out with Marc for date-night last Saturday. Thus the smile.If you’re asking yourself “how would I wear a sweater dress,” remember this: With sweater dresses, you can go casual, or dressy. I can see this dress with opaque tights and boots to the knee, or with transparent tights and high-heeled pumps for a fancier look. To me, it goes from day to evening. And when you’re chilly, nothing better than the one-stop solution of a dress.
With our fashion photos shot and in the camera, Marc and I headed out for dinner. We had no reservation and no idea what we wanted to eat. We walked together and went upstairs for dinner at our favorite supermarket. They have great steaks, mashed potatoes and good wine. With that in my belly, plus a yummy piece of key lime pie, I felt recharged and able to get geared up for the next day of mommydom.
