Schedule: Feeding and Sleeping for Babies at 9 months to 12 months Old
Now that we’ve covered all of the schedules individually, let’s see what the sleeping and feeding schedule for 9-month-olds to 12-month-olds should look like altogether. Again, this may vary a little depending on if you have an early riser:
- 7 a.m. – Rise and shine! Milk feeding after baby wakes up
- 7:30 a.m. – Solids breakfast
- 9:30 a.m. – Sleep
- 11 a.m. – Milk feeding
- 11:30 a.m. – Solids lunch
- 2 p.m. – Down for afternoon nap
- 3:30 p.m. – Milk feeding
- 6 p.m. – Solids dinner
- 7 p.m. – Milk feeding
- Bedtime!
For babies in this stage, it’s really important to not let them sleep too late in the day so that they can have a nice and early bedtime. In this video, I suggested not letting them sleep past 3:30. The general rule is to not let your baby sleep past 3, which is a pretty good guideline. I hope this helped, and good luck!
