Hi there, cold weather mamas! I’m a big fan of oversized sweaters. So imagine my delight that this fashion trend from my college days has announced its return. Nothing feels easier and more comfortable than throwing on a soft oversized sweater on a chilly winter day. Add some leggings and fun boots and you’re good to go.

Loose Long Sweaters to Wear with Leggings

This year I invested in two oversized Zara sweaters (you’ll see the other one in an upcoming post) and I’ve lived in both. I also purchased this cream-colored, fur-pocketed long pullover for my Mom for her birthday. Here I am in our hotel lobby with a  nice glass of champagne pre-dinner modeling my favorite sweater of the season. The length is just right and I love the wide fold-over turtleneck!

The other day I went to buy foot warmers for our snow boots and the lovely woman in the store had the same Zara sweater but in hot pink! She loves it too. We bonded.

I wear them with leggings, leather pants and even short dresses.
