Hello everyone and welcome back to our Wednesday fashion series and another giveaway from our lovely sponsor Onzie. I LOVE Onzie’s clothes and spend most of my waking hours in them, whether I am working out or not.  They are comfortable, flexible, soft and so much fun.  I’ve tried so many brand of yoga clothes but I always come back to Onzie.  When I don an Onzie pant and venture out, within minutes I’m getting comments and questions about where I found my leggings.  That’s how cool Onzie clothes are!

Today I’m demonstrating one of my favorite Vinyassa yoga positions, the Warrior 2 yoga pose.   There are so many benefits to this pose.  The Warrior 2 pose stretches your hips, shoulders, and abs, opens your chest, builds stamina, helps relieve backaches, and develops balance and stability.

Full disclosure: I am NOT an expert on how to do yoga — neither a teacher nor a bonafide yogi who practices enough to stand comfortably on my hands.  Rather, I am simply a lover of yoga.  I love the chance to go and stretch and breathe for an hour, to escape my phone and the countless administrative tasks that come from being a mom.  I love how yoga focuses me on what’s important: who we are, what we love, what we do.

On a more practical level, one thing I love about Onzie’s clothes is how seamlessly they transport you from a gym session into your day as a mom.  Here I am on the coast of Florida with a fun black, yellow and white combo.  Although these aren’t colors I normally opt for, I’ve had fun with them.  I’ve paired the pants with a long black sweater and a leather jacket and worn them during the day, feeling super comfy all the while.  I love the fact that gym outfits can now just be part of our day-time wardrobe.

On the top, I’m wearing a matching Onzie bra that is so light and comfy, you don’t feel like you’re wearing anything.  The back of this bra with it’s double straps is fun, to boot.
