Multi-Colored Opening Ceremony Dress

Sometimes you’re just in the mood to wear something happy. Today, I’m sharing my favorite dress of the winter season, which I bought at the Opening Ceremony New York store, and which is so comfortable yet so fun! I wore this multi-colored dress to my birthday party with special friends and several times since.
Opening Ceremony is actually new to me. I saw the dress in a magazine while I was getting my nails done, and went right out to hunt it down and try it on. After a winter of snow, sleet, and a lot of black and beige, I was ready for a change.
Intermixed on this dress with the bold yellow, blue and red are black and gold stripes. You can’t call this baby a neutral, but it sure as heck is original. The stretch fabric means that it’s a great day dress, and of course you can wear it out for a fun dinner on the town. Here, I married the dress with black booties with gold-studded tips, which those of you who follow my fashion posts have seen before.Clothes offer us the opportunity to put some art into our day. Whether it be through a bracelet, pair of earrings, colorful dress, or whimsical blouse, take a risk once in a while. Get out of your comfort zone. Have some fun with your attire. New things invigorate us and keep us excited and refreshed.
Thanks for reading and make sure to check in next week for another fashion post.
