Huge Recall of Marble-Sized Toys

Toys recalled due to ingestion hazard include Water Balz. There’s a huge new CPSC recall on a children’s toys to share today — not the news parents want to hear a week before Christmas!

The Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a Water Balz recall of nearly 100,000 expanding toys due  to a “serious ingestion hazard.” The marble-sized toys — sold by Dunecraft under the names Water Balz, Growing Skulls, H20 Orbs “Despicable Me” and Fabulous Flowers – can be ingested by a child and expand, leading to intestinal blockages and “severe, discomfort, vomiting, [and] dehydration and could be life-threatening.” So scary!
