    I like your idea of digging deeper into the issue. Normally, I would be the parent to just try to cheer them up. Ideally, you want them to talk about it and by doing so it creates a sense of trust and bond with your child. I don’t want to be the “just get over it” mother. I like your perspective on it because it’s the way we should be going about it. I need to work on this. My oldest is in baseball and he’s no MVP and it hurts me because he knows this. I will try this approach over some Ice cream with him 😉 . Thanks for sharing.
