Hello Mamas!
Today I’ll be sharing with you some very important information on breast health, and more specifically, Mastitis. I have had this with several of my five babies. At first, I wasn’t sure what was happening to my body. I felt nauseous and feverish and had no idea what was going on. In this video, I’ll share with you some of the signs of mastitis and different mastitis treatment methods!

Mastitis Symptoms
This is an infection of the breast tissue, and as a result, you’ll be experiencing some or all of the following symptoms: nausea, fever, pain, soreness, and redness. Some natural remedies for the pain of mastitis are through hot showers, massages, and getting better sleep. Watch my videos for more remedies to clogged duct breastfeeding and check with your doctor about other antibiotic treatments for mastitis!
