Kids Fashion: Hatley Sleepwear for Girls

Hello everyone. As we ended our summer adventure in Sweden, I had some unfinished business. I had promised the girls a special gift to memorialize our trip. On the day before we took our flight, I ventured into Stockholm with my mom with the mission of finding the perfect thing.
If you’ve watched a few of my videos, you’ll surely agree that my children spend a lot of time in their pajamas. We tend to do the bath very early (before dinner), in order to have a longer, more relaxed evening. Since my kids spend so much time in their pajamas, I always am on the lookout for bright colors and fun patterns when it comes to kids sleepwear.
Pajamas, though, were the last thing on my mind as my Mom and I perused the racks at our favorite department store in Stockholm, NK, where I remember going as a child. “Look at these adorable outfits,” my Mom exclaimed, smiling and handing me the adorable clothes you see in these photos. “Love!,” I replied. I purchased the outfits (reasonably priced at around $15 each), and we left the store satisfied, our mission accomplished.
The girls couldn’t wait to don their outfits, so OFF came the clothes they had been wearing, and ON went what you see below, followed by an impromptu photo session. Since my girls are just starting to develop an interest in fashion yet don’t frequent stores too much with me (mostly because I mainly buy things online) this whole shopping experience proved exciting and they felt very special.
It wasn’t until we hit the streets in our new outfits that I realized that my girls actually were wearing PAJAMAS. YUP. Ah, can I say, oopsa daisy!
Our shopping done, we grabbed a fun last meal with my parents. We arrived back at our airport hotel, and I plopped the girls down into bed. At 5 a.m., we awoke, had breakfast and boarded our plane, Mommy in her yoga clothes and the girls comfy, happy and feeling fine in their Hatley pajamas. Sometimes, just sometimes, things have a way of working out just right.
Thanks for reading my fashion post and make sure to check in next week for more.
Love,
