Part of the vinyasa series of yoga poses, the Twisting Lunge Yoga Pose usually follows downward dog. Step your right foot forward between your hands and straighten your other leg. Extend your right arm yards toward the sky and glance upwards. Twist open your upper back and lower back.

My intention is not to ignore the first child, but rather to give him some space and to breathe some air into our relationship.
