How to Cut a Baby’s Nails
I preferred to cut my baby’s nails after her bath, when the nails are a bit softer and easier to cut. Make sure she is happy and distracted by something, perhaps a toy. It’s easiest to clip their nails when they are napping, but this video will show you how to carefully cut their nails when awake. For more tips on trimming baby nails, keep watching!

I suggest you run your own finger along the baby’s nail after you trim to make sure you did not leave a sharp corner or edge.
