How to Back Carry with the ERGObaby Carrier

Hello everyone!
Back again with a Tuesday how-to video, the next video in my little series on the ERGObaby carrier! Today, I’ll be showing you how to back carry in the ERGO, an ideal position for an older baby. If you’re in the market for a smart baby carrier that will take your baby from newborn to toddler, read on and watch my video for more info!
Back Carrying with the ERGObaby Carrier
Once your carrier is securely attached on your hip area (remember, tight, tight, tight!), you can take your baby and place him or her on your hip. Shimmy your baby over onto your back, always making sure you’re still supporting his head and neck. Bend forward a little to help your baby get in the comfortable position. Once in the middle of your back, start smoothing the carrier over your baby, bring the arm straps around and click the front sternum buckle! If you need privacy when nursing in the front or need shade on a sunny day, the hood in the back easily snaps into place! Its little features — the secure buckles and safety straps, thick, comfortable arm straps, and the hood to protect your baby from the harsh sun rays — are what lead me to call the ERGO simple and smart!
Until next time, thanks for watching and happy baby wearing!
