Now that you’re pregnant, staying healthy is more important than ever! It’s well-known that smoking and drinking are big no-no’s, but a healthy pregnancy involves much more! My videos provide tips I’ve learned over the years during my five pregnancies. I’ll share advice on how to healthily ‘eat for two’ and on maintaining normal weight gain during pregnancy. This healthy pregnancy diet (and the occasional ice cream and pickle splurge!) kept me feeling very satisfied! Also, exercise during pregnancy can help you stay in shape while preparing you mentally and physically for the delivery!
