Dental Care While Pregnant
It’s so important for nursing mothers to get their full daily dose of calcium. That’s because your calcium supply really becomes depleted once you’re nursing your baby. Makes sense. In order to keep these important calcium levels up, drink a lot of milk, eat cheese, yogurt, and other calcium-rich foods while you’re still nursing your baby. Also, make sure you’re not skimping out on flossing and brushing either! Having a good supply of calcium and going to the dentist regularly for checkups will prevent osteoporosis in women and keep your pearly whites shining for years to come!
