Today’s show is all about getting your breastfeeding baby to eat and sleep on a schedule when they are 2 to 4 months old. Every baby is different, but these are some general guidelines that will hopefully get your baby sleeping and breastfeeding in regular increments! Keep watching my video for more information!
If you have tried on-demand feeding and it’s not for you, you should think about adopting the following feeding schedule. Many experts believe that babies around 4 to 6 weeks old should be feeding 6 to 7 times, or every 3 to 4 hours. I’ve provided a nice infant breastfeeding schedule in the video to let you know when you’re going to be feeding your baby. Scheduled feeding has a lot of benefits, including helping your baby sleep longer periods at a time. Soon your baby will be able to go from 1am to 7am without waking up hungry! That’s always the best news for every tired mom.
