No worries! Here are the easiest DIY Halloween costumes you and your kids can whip up the night before Halloween. They’re sure to be “spook”tacular and very Pinterest-worthy!
Halloween Costumes for Kids
1. Carl from UP – If you’re a fan of the movie, you’re sure to be a fan of this costume! All you need is a vest, some fake glasses, and lots of balloons. Add a fake walker made of tubing and tennis balls and your child will be ready for trick-or-treating! And remember, adventure is out there!

2. Rubix Cube – These may be a puzzle, but putting together this costume doesn’t have to be! This costume requires a large cardboard box, scissors, and lots of construction paper. Easy and fun!

3. Bat – What could be more quintessential to Halloween than these flying critters? And now your son or daughter can dress up as one! You’ll need black clothing, extra fabric for the wings, and an easy mask. You can find lots of bat mask templates online that your child can color in on their own for a personalized twist!
