Babble Contest Top Mom Blogs of 2013 Video
- December 19, 2013
- by Melissa Lawrence
Hello, everyone! Melissa here with something completely different from other videos I’ve been posting in the past. Today’s video is not another how-to video or a topic discussion; this video is my plea with you to vote for me to be one of Babble’s Top Mom Blogs of 2013! This would mean so much to me, and I can’t begin to say how much the other bloggers on the list have given me inspiration to create my own business over the past few years.
Pin for later!
Who are the top mommy bloggers?
Last year’s list of mommy bloggers featured some of my absolute favorite bloggers, including Girls Gone Child. Rebecca Woolf captures the hearts of mommies everywhere with very poignant, insightful vlogs and pictures that chronicle her kids’ lives. Another fantastic blogger, Jill Smokler of Scary Mommy, isn’t afraid to be gutsy, and her Confessional is a great way for parents to share their secret fears when it comes to parenting. Jessica Shyba of Momma’s Gone City has also done a great job of hooking her audience through beautiful, artistic pictures of her children exploring NYC and California. These blogs, along with the other ones on the list, are perfect examples of what a parenting blog should look like.
With that being said, it would be an honor to be nominated to be on the list for top mommy bloggers of 2013. My videos are different from the bloggers’ videos I mentioned above; they offer practical parenting advice and they come from experience that I’ve gained through having five children who are very close in age. I cover everything from babies to toddlers, little kids to older kids, and I tackle all sorts of issues that come up with these age groups. You’ll also find recipes, crafts, activities, hot topics, fun stuff and general information on my blog, so there’s a little something for everyone!
If you like CloudMom and you enjoy watching my videos, please vote for me by posting a comment on the Babble site or sharing it on your social networks. CloudMom has truly been a labor of love for me, and it would be fantastic to be recognized along with these other wonderful bloggers so that I can continue to do what I love the most. Thank you so much for your support, it means the world to me!
