The holidays are all about indulging, and this dip is the perfect thing to make for your New Year’s gathering. Your guests will be coming back for more! It’s also a great, warm dish to make for your family on a cold winter’s afternoon. I may surprise my hubby with it one of these Sundays when he’s watching football!
You really won’t believe how easy the recipe is — only a few ingredients and all you have to do is combine them. Even I can’t mess this one up!
It’s a great recipe to add to your arsenal because kids absolutely love it, too. (If your family is anything like mine, I might suggest doubling the recipe).
- 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese plus more to sprinkle on top
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Dash of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350. Combine ingredients. Spread into an ungreased 9-inch pie pan. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly.
Serve with crackers, toasts or whatever you choose. Or, you know, just eat it with a spoon — no judgment!
