After taking care of so many children for so long, it’s easy for your own health to slip your mind! However, it’s still just as important for moms to have frequent checkups with your doctor and stay in great health after you have your baby. As a mom of five, I’ve learned some tricks over the years to ease such mommy issues such as cracked and sore nipples, sun safety during the summer, and postpartum bleeding.
