How to Breastfeed GIVEAWAY — Beco Gemini Baby Carrier

`` (

Hello Mamas!

Thanks for joining me today from my nursery! In this video, I’m continuing with my demonstrations of the Beco Gemini Baby Carrier. Previously, I’ve showed you how easy it is to front carry and back carry with the Beco. Now, I’ll show you how to conveniently breastfeed your baby while on-the-go with this convenient baby carrier!

Breastfeeding in Beco Gemini

How to Nurse in the Beco Gemini

Breastfeeding in the Beco Gemini is really very simple and discreet. Once your baby is securely positioned (as I always say, high and tight!) and you’ve decided which side you would like to begin breastfeeding on, loosen up on the side strap on the side you want.  Ease out the strap and lower your baby to breast level.

When they’ve had their fill, you’ll want to move them back into the high and tight position. As with every carrier, you’ll want to make sure you follow the “kissing rule” and that your baby has enough room to breathe between his chin and your chest. For more safety tips and a demonstration, watch my video!

We don’t have a carrier (and baby is still on the way) but I love that the Beco allows you to nurse on the go. Thanks for the awesome tutorial! We would love to win a Beco carrier that both me and my hubby could use; they seem really adjustable with the crossable straps. Thanks for hosting this amazing giveaway!

I haven’t tried to nurse in a soft carrier yet. So far I’ve only used a Moby wrap and I have to take lo out to nurse him. I like the options the Beco offers.

  • Amy Lockard

I’ve always wanted to try one of these.. more structured than a sling, which is what I have!

I have an ssc that’s a little more complicated (stokke) but hopefully this method still works. Wiggling him out and working around the carrier is just a huge pain.
